For folks who aren't aware, SML's building was damaged TWICE in less than two weeks by people who suffer from extreme hate. Immediately the good people of Morton jumped in to action to clean up glass, board up windows, and dish out hugs. SML hosted a painting party to beautify our temporary ply-wood, and our community did not disappoint! Old friends and new friends came out in droves, and we couldn't feel more loved!
That said, we do still have a lot of repair work to do, and aim to make our space safer in the future. Our needs include:
